Wendy Olivier

Ms Olivier obtained her university degrees in teaching and in social adaptation at UQAM. She has worked for many years at the STM, the Commission scolaire de Montréal, the Commission scolaire des Samares, and, for the past five years, at the Lucien-Guilbault School, located in the Saint-Michel district.

An entrepreneur as well, she has built a business that offers tutoring services to help young people with their academic learning. Since 2018, Collaboration School Support Service has offered personalised follow-up to young people at the primary and secondary levels. In 2019, she also created a homework help group with neighbourhood youth at Lucien-Guilbault School, in partnership with the Centre Lasallien.

Representing the neighbourhood, its reality, and its citizens are one of her top priorities.

Municipal politics being the political body closest to citizens, Wendy chose Quartiers Montréal to run as city councillor for Saint-Michel so she can be the voice of the majority at City Hall.
